Costing
Consultations are free.
Deposit on the labour quoted is required on commencement of project and the final payment done by delivery of garment.
The quotes are worked on labour and fabric amounts estimated on the production of the gown. The amounts are given separately as Rene likes to go and fabric shop with the client to ensure best results.
Lace, applique, handwork, beading, pleating, rouging and crystallizing greatly affects the quote, as Rene needs to work within a budget (per clients request), realistic finishes and techniques must be expected and applied. Rene will advise accordingly.
A small gift is presented to the bride on collection of her dress.
Rene H Couture does not do rentals or stocks any garments to sell as all the time is spent on creating dream gowns for the discerning client. Please call Rene for a consultation with regards to your wedding gown as one can be created for you within your budget be it R2 500 or R10 000, it will be done for you.
Fittings
You will be required to come through for 3 - 5 fittings all dependent on the complexity of the garment design and finishing.
Great care is taken to ensure perfect fit and comfort on your big day and that you will look your absolute best.
Long Distance Orders
It is no problem to create a dress for a client in another province or country as Rene has vast experience in this. Please refer to the testimonials page for some letters of long distance clients Rene has made a gown for. Communication is via cellphone, internet and Skype, all the necessary information will be sent to client that is needed to make the perfect gown.
